Cloves (Laung) - Pooja Samagri

Clove demonstrates the powers of Lord Shiva. Clove is known to be blessed by Gurudev and hence contains special powers. Laung (Clove) is used for worshipping as well. They are used while worshipping Goddess Durga, especially during Navratri, it is also used to eradicate the issues due to Moon, like emotional disturbances, plus, it is offered to reduce the ill effects of Rahu-Ketu. Additionally, it has many health benefits too, like it helps to keep the stomach healthy. And, Clove oil is widely used to reduce toothache.
