All the three idols of Ganesha, Saraswati and Laxmi are seen with four hands sitting on three separate bases. The idol of Lord Ganesha is holding ,Laddu‚, ,Lotus‚ and , Hatchet‚ in three hands while the fourth hand is in a blessing posture. The Idol of goddess Laxmi is seen holding two ,Lotus‚ flowers in her two hands while the third hand is seen dropping gold coins and the fourth hand is in a blessing posture. Holding ,Pustaka‚, ,Mala‚, , Water Pot‚ and ,Veena‚ in her four hands, Saraswati is known as the goddess of music, knowledge and speech.

Returns Policy

• Our return policy lasts for 5 days from the date of delivery. Kindly contact us for any return/refund/exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Return policy is applicable in case of damaged / defected items only.
• Item must be unused & to be packed in original packaging.
• Item will be inspected before processing the refund/exchange.
• In case the customer is not satisfied with the product or has had a change of mind, then the customer is responsible to send the product back to us. Post receiving the product we will check the quality of the same and then proceed with the refund. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer in this case. Please note, My Pooja Box offers reverse pick-up only in case of defects/wrong product delivered.

• We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the products within 2-4 working days.
• Upon receiving the returned products, prepaid orders will be refunded as soon as our inspection team approves the return.
• COD orders: Customers will be required to provide their bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

Shipping

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. In case of missing items/ unavailability or delay, we will inform you via email or whatsapp with the expected date of dispatch.
• Most orders are delivered by our courier partners within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
